James Neufeld
James Neufeld is the General Manager at Superior Cabinets' Saskatoon location, and is responsible for the overall Management of Saskatoon Sales Operations. He earned his degree from the University of Saskatchewan and promptly immersed himself into the cabinet industry. He believes, "we all own the customer experience and at Superior, our customers choose us again and again because of the strength of our people... we happen to have a great product too!"
A recent book he read was "The Speed of Trust" by Stephen M.R. Covey, which outlines the 13 behaviors of high trust leaders. He believes that the team he leads are his customers, and hopes to provide them with all of the tools and support he can to contribute to their success.
