Group Benefit Program

Our group benefits program includes Health Care, Dental Care, Professional Services, Vision, Travel Assistance, and numerous basic insurance coverage (Basic Life, Accident and Serious Illness, Critical Illness), as well as optional insurance coverage (Disability, Spousal Insurance, and access to medical pre-screening).

Employee and Family Assistance Program

Our Employee &Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provides not only the traditional counselling services of an EFAP but also many resources for everyday life events, including help with finding daycare or elder care, legal assistance, planning for children's education, buying a house and planning your estate.

Group RRSP

Our retirement program helps employees prepare and plan for retirement and includes a matching-contribution Group RRSP program offered through an award-winning industry leader.

Work/Life Benefits

Staff Appreciation Events – We get together throughout the year to acknowledge everyone's efforts and to simply unwind. We have events such as staff BBQs, pizza lunches, and Halloween and Christmas parties.

Employee Leave - Numerous leave programs are in place to allow employees time to manage major life events such as maternity leave, compassionate care leave, paid bereavement leave and other programs.

Tuition Reimbursement - Superior offers tuition subsidies and a 100% reimbursement policy to employees for educational development. Most development activities are directly funded by Superior. Where applicable, reimbursements may also be made for post-secondary courses relating to employees' career paths.

Employee Purchase Program - Our Employee Purchase Program provides employees as well as their friends and families with preferred pricing on cabinetry and accessories.

Graduation Gifts – Each year we acknowledge the children of employees who have graduated from high school or post-secondary institutions by giving them a gift to reflect the value we place on education.

Service and Achievement Awards – We formally and annually acknowledge employees who reach specific and measurable performance objectives with length-of-service achievements.
